President Obama is absolutely right.  Throughout his first term, he has offered compromise after compromise, often to the agitation of his voting base.  Congressional republicans have offered nothing but brinksmanship and obstruction.

Congressional republicans are indeed the problem and do not deserve the offices they hold.
