The US Chamber of Commerce funnels millions of dollars into efforts to thwart the  Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010.  Of course, the lack of a public option gives the large corporation a competitive advantage in the limited hiring they do for specialized positions.  The lack of available health care coverage for small businesses and entreprenuers stifles business growth and employment.
